“At the last minute, I decided to drive my car from Charlotte, NC to Dallas,TX. As I approached the LA state line, my oil light came on and the closest dealership to me that was opening soon was Harper in Minden, LA . I was little skeptical at first because the place seemed closed for business but I’m so glad I gave them a try! The staff there was fast, efficient, and extremely friendly! Everyone made me feel welcome and appreciated and valued as a customer! They even popped fresh popcorn for my son and niece! We even observed one of the employees practicing COVID-19 protocols by wiping down the tables and chairs in the waiting area! The bathroom was very clean and cutely decorated. The best part was, we were in and out in just under an hour! Excellent service! Highly recommend!!”
